THE SASSY COVER GIRL

Soft Natural

On the Yin-Yang scale, this type is positioned close to the Natural type, with a shift toward Yin. Yin is expressed in the bone length and roundness, while Yang shows in the width of the bone structure.

The bone structure is slightly angular, but all angles are gently rounded, softened by a fleshy body and full, delicate, rounded facial features — all of this creates a look that is simultaneously strong, feminine, and softly youthful, which David Kibbe called “the fresh and sensual lady.”
Face
Soft Natural facial features are full and rounded:

  • Eyes (large, medium, or small) are rounded in shape
  • Full lips
  • Soft cheeks
  • Nose is small and wide, or slightly disproportionate (with rounded edges or broad)
Bone structure
Height: Ranges from petite to slightly tall — up to 172 cm (approximately 5'8").

Bone structure: Slightly broad.

  • Slightly angular bones
  • Shoulders are slightly square or on the broader side
  • Limbs are either medium-length or short (sometimes there's a hint of long-leggedness)
  • Facial features are slightly blunt or small and irregular (nose, cheekbones, chin)
  • Hands and feet are medium and fleshy, or slightly small and wide

Body Line
мягкий натурал Скарлетт
Body Type of the Soft Natural:

  • The body is always somewhat soft, with a tendency to gain weight
  • Slightly fleshy forearms and hips
  • A relatively defined waist, proportionate to the bust and hips, with gently suggested curves — a subtle hint of an "hourglass" shape
When gaining weight, the Soft Natural’s body usually becomes exceptionally soft and full, especially around the waist area. Excess weight also tends to accumulate on the upper arms and thighs, with cellulite appearing quickly.

Brief recommendations

The shape of your clothes should follow the lines of your body: soft and flowing.
Relaxed lines, loose silhouette, but always with an emphasized waist. From the waist down, light draperies and flowing lines.

- A fresh and sensual lady!

Silhouette
The best silhouette is loose, yet with a hint of shape, especially around the waist, with light draping in the lower part of the silhouette. Soft asymmetry with rounded edges.
Soft Naturals should avoid:

  • wide, shapeless silhouettes
  • sharp and severe lines
  • simple, classic, symmetrical silhouettes
  • overly tight-fitting shapes
Hairstyle
Soft Natural hair can be any texture, but is usually soft. If the hair is straight, it is typically fine and light. If wavy or curly, it is usually silky rather than coarse.

When styled, the hair should remain soft and free. A messy layered cut that gives the hair a slightly tousled yet soft and sensual look works best.

Volume and soft curls suit you very well. Hair length ranges from medium to long.
Soft Natural should avoid:

  • Strict geometric haircuts
  • Simple symmetrical haircuts with blunt edges
  • Very short haircuts
Hair coloring
Hair color for Soft Natural is rich, natural, and soft. If you dye your hair, the color should not be radical, but close to your natural hair shade.

Light coloring or highlighting strands and using toner shades or natural dyes is the best way to color your hair.
When coloring, Soft Natural is better to avoid radical theatrical hair shades (blue-black, platinum blonde, straw yellow, fiery red, and so on):
Makeup
Makeup for the Soft Natural plays a crucial role in completing the overall look.

The face should remain fresh and radiant, with small, softly blended accents of color around the eyes, cheeks, and lips.

A touch of diffused shimmer around the eyes (from soft to bright tones). Soft eyeliner, delicate blush. Lips should be soft and glossy (sheer, ranging from gentle pastels to brighter shades).

In the evening, you can carefully add shimmering textures to the makeup.
Soft Naturals should avoid:

  • Heavy contours
  • Dark colors
  • Pale neutral colors
  • Complete lack of makeup
